Portfolio Proposal
January
Purpose/Objective: For my project I plan to follow the honors project. I find that the project to be fascinating because I enjoy projects that deal with layers and are complex in appearance. I will go further then I would as an honors student doing this project because I have learned to work at a quicker pace in order to complete the project to my own standards.
Project description: By going through my own memory of past experiences and current mindsets, I dug deep to find out how I became the person I am today through remembering the values I was brought up with. Through completing this project I not only want to make an artifact that serves as a type of memory book, but I also want to discover the foundations of the person I became today.
Materials/sizes:
• Materials:
o Felt material (7 pieces)
o Ink
o Paint
o Pastels- oil & chalk
• Sizes:
L x W = 2 feet by 8 inches
Each page in book will be a different size according to proportion to it’s importance to the objective.
